Computer School Hout Bay is offering free computer classes

Tony Hall - CEO of the Computer School Hout Bay joined us on the line to tell us more about the free computer classes being offered. The Computer School in Hout Bay is offering free classes at the Spinney on Tuesdays from 3pm as Michael Eastman teaches Introduction to Computers for the absolute beginner. Participants will learn basic computer terminology such as how to navigate in the windows environment, file management and the basics of Microsoft Word, email and the internet at a very introductory level. 800 million people around the world are living with obesity.

  4th of March is observed as World Obesity Day and we spoke to CEO Professor Pamela Naidoo and Dietitian Kinza Hussian from The Heart and Stroke Foundation.  So according to the World Obesity Federation, 800 million people around the world are living with obesity. And then also in South Africa almost 65% of women and 30% of men are classified as being overweight or obese.
