People Living with Cancer presents a Celebration of Life

Linda Greeff - Founding director of People Living with Cancer joined us on the line to tell us more about their Celebration of Life event. Join family and friends of Cancer survivors and in memory of loved ones for a day of celebration, care and show time by Medbroking and Cancer Buddies Care on Saturday the 9^th of November at the Stellenbosch Slow Market, in Oude Libertas Stellenbosch from 9:00AM to 15:00PM. The day aspires for individuals to reach out their hand in hope and help for the whole family since the fight against cancer is certainly not a one-man struggle. It will also result in People Living with Cancer and Cancer Buddies teaming up with professional medical teams, specialists, social workers and medical institutions in the PLWC Information Centre, which will be housed in the Art Gallery. In addition a specialist will be available to answer all your cancer related questions on a toll-free number 08000 33 337. Individuals are encouraged to bring along a photograph of their lost loved one as they will be able to put the picture inside a balloon and release it into the air.
