On the show today, we heard from Beryl Eichenberger – of Hippo Communications. We were talking about
Memories of District Six, a new series of conversations that will be held at
the Homecoming Centre on Buitenkant Street once a month. Guests will
be able to meet some of the people who were an integral part of the District
Six landscape and enjoy their colourful memories. First series is tomorrow
featuring Sandra McGregor known fondly as Onse Artist of District Six. Sandra will talk to Nancy
Richards from SAFM
then Question time followed by tea. The event starts at 2PM till 4PM. Entry is R50
