The South African Bone Marrow Registry is looking for donors

We closed off with Terry Schlaphoff - Deputy Director of the South African Bone Marrow Registry. She was speaking to us about donating bone marrow. The South African Bone Marrow Registry currently has over 65,000 South African donors in its database and has access to over 19 million donors worldwide through its international association with WMDA. All you have to do to be registered on SABMR is to give two tubes of your blood and long-term commitment. For further information you can contact the Sunflower Fund on 0800 12 10 82 or visit www.sabmr.co.za
