Firhana Essop - Founding member of Help Our Teenage Girlz or HOT Girlz  was Instudio. She was speaking to us about the work that they do. HOT Girlz is a self-funded non profit community organisation that works in many different areas in Cape Town which focuses on helping girls with problems such as domestic violence, substance abuse, physical or sexual abuse and teenage pregnancy through facilitating workshops, life coaching, social development workshops and motivational talks to uplift and rehabilitate the girls.
