We closed off the show with an interview with Lulama Mali and Kanyi Mavi. Tomorrow evening they are hosting ‘Ladies of the Mic’ at Mercury Live. The event is a fundraising effort for Lithemba Youth Projects and NGO working on after school programmes in Nyanga, Langa and Khayelitsha. The event will feature Mic Substance, Nhoza, Kanyi, De ja vu and many more. Tickets cost R50 and R60 at the door.
