Tsepo Wa Mamatu the final winner for 2011 of the GIPCA Baxter Theatre Centre Theatre Arts Admin Collective’s Emerging Theatre Director Bursary will be in Cape Town on Monday afternoon 2 – 4.45pm to hold auditions for the play that he will be directing for the bursary. He is looking for Thabo: Black male with the gift of the gab, well-spoken; Zanele: Strong Black Female; Juju: Playful black male/female; Floyd: Side-kick to Juju/male; Mma-Mofokeng: Mbeki’s mother; Georgie: Mbeki’s sidekick. Rehearsals take place from the 31st October with performances taking place from the 29th November to 3rd December. You need to be available for this period.
