MEC Meyer launches MOD Programme in Manenberg

We closed off with Dr Ivan Meyer - Western Cape MEC of Cultural Affairs and Sport. On Wednesday, the 9th of October 2013, Dr Meyer launched the Western Cape Government’s MOD Programme at six schools in Manenberg. The MOD Programme will provide learners with a safe place to participate in sports, arts and culture activities and also a place to study between 2PM and 6PM every week day. Dr Meyer explained more about the programme.
