We closed off with Lufefe Nomjana - Founder of Espinaca Innovations. He was speaking to us about his company that distributes nutritious bread to the community. Espinaca which means spinach in Spanish aims to promote the consumption of spinach by producing innovative spinach products. The company was established in 2012 by 3 students from UCT and CPUT.
