Sthomb’ Esihle Photographic Exhibition challenges the narrative of black imagery

Khanyisile Mbongwa – Curator of Sthomb’ Esihle Photographic Exhibition was Instudio to talk about the exhibition. "Sthomb' Esihle" is a collective effort by black photographers in South Africa to redirect and unburden the narrative of black imagery. The exhibition curated by Khanyisile Mbongwa and Lindokuhle Nkosi, opened last week at the Boaston Society Gallery & Store in Long Street.
