Walter – From Youth Fit Africa . We were talking about the “Colour Me Fit” event they
will be hosting on Youth Day. The event is hosted by Fighting Fit Kensington, Youth Fit Africa and CMFD Productions and
aims to get youth and families out to participate in a fun fitness event,
promote health and fitness for young people, as well as raise the profile and
support youth sports development projects in the community. Deborah will explain
more. Colour Me Fit will
take place at Kensington Sports Club & Academy from 09:00AM to 13:00PM . For more
