Christine Revell Children’s Home is appealing for donations

Alicia Rhoda - Director of Christine Revell Children’s Home joined us on the line to talk about their appeal for assistance during this winter. This Athlone based home is a sanctuary for abandoned, neglected and orphaned children. They strive to help young children in need, regardless of their race or gender and works towards a successful re-intergration into a family and the community. The home is appealing to Capetonians for assistance with much needed resources such as food, medication, diapers, clothing, bedding and educational material. On the awake of the World Premature Day, the Tygerberg Hospital Children's Trust will have the World Preemie Day Fun Walk talking place On the sixteenth November at 07:00am for 08:00am. This is the second year the occasion will be held, after Tygerberg Hospital effectively facilitated their debut World Preemie Day 5km Fun Walk on the emergency clinic grounds a year ago. This year the Tygerberg Hospital Children's Trust is developing accomplishment to offer walkers an entire day of fun.
