Gender - Man Up Campaign founder visits South Africa

On Sakhisizwe today, we heard from Jimmie Briggs - Award-winning human rights activist, journalist and author. Jimmie is the founder of the Man Up Campaign, a global initiative to mobilize young people to stop violence against women and girls in their communities through music, sports and technology. He was in South Africa to engage a number of non-governmental organisations about gender based violence and hosted discussions with young people about sexual violence.
