20 September - Human Rights - NICRO to host Human Rights lecture Series
On Sakhisizwe today, we spoke to Shanaaz Stofberg – From the National Institute for Crime Prevention and the Reintegration of Offenders or NICRO. NICRO will be hosting its 2nd Human Rights lecture Series under the theme ‘Using Prison Sentences in the Strategy of Reconciliation and Reconstruction in Post-Conflict Societies’ on the 13th of October 2011. The seminar will be delivered by the United Nations Commissioner for Human Rights, Navin Pillay.
