29 April - Labour - Cosatu host May Day celebrations
In today’s show, we heard from Mike Louw – from Cosatu. We were talking about activities they have planned for Saturday as we will be celebrating workers day and of course the significance of this day. So if you lucky enough to have a day off on Saturday then you can join Cosatu May Day celebrations at the Good Hope centre in Cape Town starting from 08h00AM. The event will feature a number of political speakers and music. There will be free trains to transport people to and from the event as long as you show a COSATU pamphlet.
