20 January - Gender - Divorce, maintenance & custody

Today we were joined Instudio by Noorunisa Paleker – An Attorney from the Legal Aid Board. This tax-funded organisation provides legal advice and representation to poor and vulnerable South Africans has particular focus on vulnerable groups, such as women, children, rural poor and the landless. But you must pass a means test, based on income, to qualify for assistance. We were talking about Divorce, maintenance & custody - what are the women's right when it comes to these issues.
