The Western Cape Office of the Consumer Protector has sent a word of caution to consumers to spend their hard earned cash wisely this festive season. Mr Searle says Consumers should avoid buying impulsively – the fact that something is on sale, does not necessarily mean that you should buy it. He explained more.
