12 November - Labour - DWDE to assess disability access compliance
In today’s show, we spoke to Underé Deglon - Chief Executive Officer for the Disability Workshop Development Enterprise. DWDE has initiated a project to assess if companies do accommodate employees and customers with disabilities. The purpose of this assessment tool is to raise awareness on people with disability and their access to employment, it also aids in assessing an organization’s ability to accommodate employees and customers with disabilities.
