Arts update and Water scarcity!!!

We closed off with an interview with Helgard Muller – Deputy Director General at the Department of Water and Environment Affairs. The Department of Water and Environmental Affairs has warned that, unless the city starts using less water, it could face heavy shortages and restrictions of water. According to reports if rainfall cycles are favourable, the availability of water could sustain the city from 2012 and possibly, until 2016 but Mr Muller explained more on what we can do in saving water.
