It is a voluntary association and a registered non-profit organisation as well as a public benefit organisation established to help abused, abandoned, neglected and HIV infected Babies. We also spoke to Michele Twomey – from the Phoenix Burn Project. Their mission is to promote burn prevention and works to improve the quality of life for child burn survivors.
