Beacon Valley Fitness Club is looking for donations

Zuleiga Adams - Chairperson of the Beacon Valley Fitness Club joined us on the line to tell us more about the Beacon Valley Fitness Club. Established in 2005 Beacon Valley Fitness Club comprises of 25 members that meet three times a week to take part in physical activities such as taebo and netball at the community centre. Many of the members in their 40s and 50s are still going strong and therefore believe one is never too old to exercise and encourage more people to join the club because of its future benefits. As a club they hope to inspire and motivate women since it’s important to look after your body and mind. They are currently seeking donations like: takkies, t-shirts, hula hoop rings, soccer balls and other sporting equipment. If you can help or for further information you can contact Zuleiga on 078 572 4738 or (021) 376 1109.
