and women to enter their FiCT 2013 competition that will be taking place in
Cape Town for the third time after its first two editions in March 2011 and
February 2012. FiCT is a test of functional fitness, in which Africa ’s fittest athletes compete
in a variety of workouts in order to determine who are the fittest woman, man
and gym/team in the mother city. A team consists of 3 women and 3 men and has to be
announced upon signup for the competition. Apart from holding the legitimate
title "Fittest Woman/Man and Team/Gym in Cape Town" cash prizes worth R20 000 is also at stake. First
prize for individuals will be R4 000 for men and women while the winning team
