Themba – Chairperson of the Select Committee on Labour and Public Enterprise. She was
speaking to us about the outcome of the Committee's unannounced oversight visit
to Sheltered Employment Factories in the Western Cape yesterday. This followed after the Eastern Cape visit at the beginning of the year. The Committee discovered that

in the Western
Cape in
order to compare the two provinces.
