Top Women Awards introduces new award category

We closed off with an interview with Karla Fletcher - Director of Topco Media. She was speaking to us about the new award category for their Annual Top Women Awards. The Top Gender Empowered SMME in Africa category is open to organisations in Africa with an annual turnover of $500 000 - $5 000 000 USD and will go to the company that demonstrates the most success in empowering women in the workplace. Companies from all business sectors and any African country may enter this category. Inspiring businesswomen, companies committed to gender empowerment and successful gender empowerment stories are encouraged to enter this year’s Top Women Awards.
