In today's show, we spoke to Sarah Hutchinson - Research Assistant for the Custodians of Rare and Endangered Wildflowers at SANBI. We were talking about the iSpot Southern Africa. It was officially launched by the South African National Biodiversity Institute on Tuesday. iSpot is an online biodiversity application where all citizens can participate in biodiversity recording, monitoring and identification. SANBI’s vision is to see iSpot grow a new generation of biodiversity ambassadors who actively contribute to the conservation of our rich natural heritage. Visit www.ispot.org.za to find out more about iSpot Southern Africa and begin making a difference by iSpotting.
