In today's show, we spoke to Heather Picton - Founder and CEO of Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Support Group of South Africa (ADHASA). We were talking about the ADHD Parent's Conference that they hosted this weekend in Randburg. ADHASA hosted the ADHD Parents’ Conference to assist parents in creating ADD/ADHD friendly homes for children affected by it and also showed parents how to support children with it. Presenters at the conference included: a Nutritional Geneticist, Developmental Paediatrician, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist and Audiologist, an Optometrist and Educational Psychologists.
