First free children's hospice with accommodation for parents opens
We also spoke to Kim Ferroli - Highfield – Founder and CEO of Out of Africa Children’s Foundation. We were talking about the Children’s Centre, a newly opened hospice for children which also offers accommodation for parents. The centre was made possible by the City of Cape Town’s Social and Early Childhood Development Directorate in partnership with Out Of Africa Children’s Foundation. Kim says she has a vision of opening more houses like this throughout the country but would appreciate some donations. For more information send an email to big5@outofafricacf.org or contact her on 072 430 1818.
