In today’s show, we were joined by Morten Minothi Kristiansen - Norwegian musician and founder of the On the Edge of Wrong festival. The festival promotes improvised music as a search for "a music" which is immediate and unbound by stylistic conformity. This year’s festival line up includes and also about the kind of music they are doing. It will be held at the Mahogany Room, Commune 1, Cape Town & Theatre Arts Admin Collective, in Observatory, Pan African Space Station (PASS) from the 20th to the 25th of February 2012. Each night’s shows start at 7pm sharp. Tickets are R80. Festival passes are R300. Reserve tickets at www.edgeofwrong.com/2012 or for more information about the event you can contact Morten at 072 604 4052 or email minothi@gmail.com
We also heard from Nigel Vermaas for this week Arts update.
