Workplace coaching is becoming popular within the workplace
We also spoke to Jill Hamlyn – CEO of the People’s Business Group. Their motto is “Crafting Current Thinking to Enable Tomorrow's Leaders”. We were talking about the importance of workplace coaching. It is said that the use of coaching and mentoring is becoming increasingly popular within the workplace, Jill explained more.
