We also spoke to Colleen Malindi – from CallingtheCape. They are offering a free training to enter a contact center learnership. CallingtheCape has provided a CADET learnership programme for previously disadvantaged unemployed individuals who have passed matric. Majority of these individuals are coming from the township like Khayelitsha, Guguletu, Mitchell’s Plain and the surrounding suburbs.
