26 April – Labour
Today we spoke to Dr Mzukisi Qobo – a Research Fellow with the University of Stellenbosch’s Politics Department. He is also an Entrepreneur and Motivational Speaker. We were talking about Entrepreneurship. Young people are facing the problem of unemployment which makes them vulnerable to social ills like crime and drugs but Dr Qobo says there is a growing appetite among a section of youth to play a more meaningful role in society through entrepreneurship development. For more information about entrepreneurship, if you want to start your own business you can contact Red Door offices at (021) 376 2377 or fax them at (021) 376 4524 Or Contact the Khayelitsha office at (021) 362 6621 they provide free advice to people who want to start small businesses.
