23 April – Health

Today we spoke to Patricia Gomba-Sipoyo from the Department of Labour’s Occupational Health and Safety. The Occupational Health and Safety Amendment Act, No. 181 Of 1993 states that every employer shall provide and maintain, as far as is reasonably practicable, a working environment that is safe and without risk to the health of his employees.
